Currently, Alana Chudley who is 18, and Matt Briggs who is 19, are both undertaking in-house apprenticeships combined with training through the Hospitality Institute Training (HIT) Centre. Alana is completing a Level 2 Food and Beverage Apprenticeship, while Matt is completing a Level 2 Professional Cookery Apprenticeship.
