Stillwater Fly Fishing, Dartmoor

Dartmoor also has some old established, beautiful and remote reservoirs, that are managed for brown trout and rainbow trout fishing by the South West Lakes Trust

Fernworthy and Kennick
Fernworthy and Kennick are nearby and are open from April to October. Fernworthy is set high on Dartmoor and offers natural brown trout fishing from the bank. Kennick is a renowned 50 acre rainbow trout fishery with both boat and bank fishing. Adjacent to Kennick is Trenchford which is open all year round for pike fishing.

Roadford
A little further away is Roadford, one of the best known brown trout reservoirs in the country. At more than 700 acres it offers extensive bank and boat stillwater fishing as well as a host of other activities for non fishers.

Tickets for all of these waters are available via self service facilities on site and range from £12-£20 plus boat hire if required.
