Dogs Welcome

Dogs and Dartmoor go together – and well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome at the White Hart Hotel.  We provide a dog bed, bowl, towel, treat bag and charge £10 per dog, per night.

Dartmoor is great walking country and we have lots of guests who bring their four-legged friends with them on holiday. Dogs are welcome everywhere in the hotel, however please be considerate to other guests. We do ask that you keep your dogs under control at all times, on a lead, as a courtesy to other guests. One final request is that you keep them off the furniture and that you do not leave them unattended in your room.

If you want to go off exploring, we have a walking routes leaflet available and staff will be happy to suggest other walks in and around Moretonhampstead and surrounding areas. The are numerous fantastic places to walk with our without your hound.
